ABOUT INCLYOUSION

Putting Play First

Inclyousion Sports was founded by caring parents just like you, who struggled to find youth athletic programs that provided a supportive introduction to sports, with small class sizes, well trained coaches, a variety of equipment, and truly inclusive teaching techniques.

When searching for a way to introduce their oldest child to sports, co-founders, Greg and Kristen Perkins, were only able to find programs that were the traditional youth sports classes with large class sizes and volunteer coaches, or disability specific programs. They had a negative experience with a local soccer program, and were looking for something more supportive and non-competitive.

Frustrated by the lack of programs that celebrated all young athletes, they were inspired to build the organization they wanted for their own children. What started as a way to support their own family has now grown into a thriving community of parents who are seeking non-competitive play, friendship, and a judgment-free space committed to empowering each child's potential, confidence, and joy through sports.

FOR PARENTS BY PARENTS

Our founders have collaborated with experts in physical education and inclusion to develop a sports program where all children can be successful.

Inclyousion Sports was made by parents, for parents. Kristen and Greg Perkins are a husband and wife duo with three kids of their own. When they noticed many traditional youth sports leagues lacked the nurturing spirit their son thrived on, they were determined to create their own.

Kristen and Greg are actively involved and continue to ensure that their mission guides every program, curriculum, and coach training. With your help, they are building a community that offers every child the opportunity to enrich their childhood through playing sports.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND INCLYOUSION

QUALIFIED COACHES, UNIFIED TEAM

While athletic skills and knowledge are important, our coaches are first selected for their ability to motivate through compassion. All of our coaches receive robust curriculum, leadership, and inclusion training so that all children can have a successful experience.

Our training program emphasizes fostering independence, communication, and belonging over competition. Our methods focus on inclusive leadership through positive reinforcement, skill-building adapted to each athlete's style, needs, and readiness.

Our coaches are taught to listen with empathy, using encouragement to draw out hidden talents. With small class size ratios, coaches form strong connections, serving as mentors who truly care about the development of your child.
