Kristen Perkins, MS

In Spring 2021, Kristen was looking for a local sports program for her oldest child, to provide movement opportunities and to develop friendships with children outside of their school. She couldn't find a program that introduced her kids to a variety of sports and offered coaching support based on the individual child's needs. Kristen's intuition nudged her and Greg to explore creating a solution for this gap in youth sports programming, which could serve their own family’s needs as well as their community. The idea for Inclyousion Sports was born and Kristen and Greg got to work on their dreams and their business plan. 

In September 2021, using money from their personal savings, Kristen and Greg launched Inclyousion Sports as a mobile business from their kitchen table. The first seasonal sports program in Danvers, MA sold out, with families traveling from over 20 different cities/towns to attend. Kristen knew the impact of Inclyousion Sports would be life changing for kids, families and communities, so she and Greg established systems to make operations scalable for expansion when ready. By Winter 2022, organizations across Massachusetts were contacting Inclyousion Sports to request to join a waitlist for future program locations, and in Spring 2022 program expasion began. 

Today, Kristen leads business strategy and operations as the CEO of Inclyousion Sports. She aspires to grow Inclyousion Sports into a trusted international franchise, to make inclusive sports accessible to all children.
