Our Most Loved Sports Equipment

InclYOUsion Sports Football Equipment Boy Throwing Ball

Inflatable targets are fun for indoor and outdoor play!

Hey Team,

Following several parents’ requests for where to purchase equipment from our Danvers, MA classes, I wanted to share Coach Greg’s Most Loved Sports Equipment list in honor of Valentine’s Day.

Below are our sports and the equipment that has been the most popular with the kiddos. If you’re looking for ideas for playing at home this winter and beyond, check these out!

Soccer

Nothing better than a fresh white and black soccer ball and a few cones. Set them up in your kitchen, in the yard, and work on several fundamentals. Dribble around them, pass through them, or even try to knock them over. Go nuts!

Baseball

Swing batter batter! Lot of foam balls to try, especially indoors as they are less likely to break your plates and glassware. Set up a tee against an empty wall and practice that swing to get ready for the spring. Rhyme, yes!

Track and Field

The shotputs and javelins have been a huge success. But my favorite has been the hurdles and working them into obstacle courses. It works on many gross motor and planning skills at once.

Hockey

Many of us parents grew up with knee hockey and those are awesome. My favorite though is the pillow hockey sticks as the next step for the kiddos. A wider, softer, face is perfect for firing balls around the kitchen.

Football

The target throwing was one of my favorite things since we started. I might have thrown at them more than the kids, but these inflatables really help with hand eye coordination and throwing accuracy.

Basketball

Little tikes makes these hoops, sturdy and adjustable for your kiddo and even the older/younger siblings in the house. Try setting up spots on the ground and have your kiddo score from further and further away from the hoop.

There’s my love list. Enjoy your day all you lovebirds!

Greg
